Now in its 41st year, “The Victory Party” returns to Chicago’s historic House Of Blues for our record breaking 21st edition to be produced by Matthew Harvat and Edwin Martinez. This year, Grammy nominated DJ/Producer Tony Moran makes his much anticipated return as our headliner.
