Born on June 29, 1985 in Vega Baja Puerto Rico. From an early age Joshuan Aponte was very interested in the arts, dance, theater and fashion. In his high school (2000-2003) he had his first opportunity founding and directing the dance group "Dynasty Dance" where in regional competitions they obtained countless awards. Cosmetology study at the banking institute of Puerto Rico and fashion design at the Institute New York Art, graduated from the Joey Chévere and Sofi Sanfiorenso "Dance Machine" dance school in Bayamón Puerto Rico, where he had the opportunity to dance for television in Puerto Rico and the Mexican singer Thalía, from 2003 to 2005 He was working in the Orlando Florida theme parks "Disney World" and "Universal Studios" where he participated multiple times in various workshops on stage presence and acting. In 2005 due to Hurricane Katrina, Joshuan had to return to his native Puerto Rico, Where he had his first experience in beauty contests and the world of transformism As a creator of queens he has obtained countless titles in concur You are girls, young people, women, men and regional changers both in the US and in Puerto Rico. As a designer he has worked extensively creating costumes for artists such as Wisin & Yandel, Anaïs, Linda Briseño, Ariadne Trujillo, for events such as the youth awards, the Latin Grammy Awards and the Grammy Awards, and his collections have walked the Mercedes-Benz catwalks New York Fashion Week four times. From 2012 to 2018 he worked as a Hip-Hop and modeling teacher at the Art Center mestizo academy A girls between the ages of 4 to 16 years. At the end of 2018 he moved to Illinois where he began working for the “Miss Universe Puerto Rico” organization and the “Circuit Mom” event company. His studio is in the city of Chicago where he specializes in evening dresses, special costumes, makeup and scenery.
